Remember that tanks and most of movecraft veichles are faster than guys on foot, so passing near one and taxiing him (without intentionality) is mostly allowed, there is a staff team behind bans and to ban someone you need to provide proofs.

What happened to melkron was him coming towards us (in non pvp claim) and dragging us out of claims, there was intentionality in what he did, he did it multiple times and almost lead to a kill multiple times, I had to provide proofs to let the admin decide wheter was intentional or not.

This is definitely one of the things that are up to staff discretion, and they are looked at case-by-case. However, I want to give some context on why we consider this abusing. I think we can all agree that running people over cannot be considered either direct or indirect PvP within the scope of the game. In addition, being able to drag a player outside your piloted craft is an unintended, albeit correct, consequence of Movecraft's coding (I am referring to craft hitboxes); however it is potentially impossible to code it so that you cannot be run over by a vehicle.
