Re-enable TNT in seige zones but cause no player damage Back

TNT in game could have many uses but now useless when they're disabled due to wildly being used to set traps near or in banner. Make it so that TNTs will do work but be nerfed player damage like coal. So that tnt cannons can exists to fend off movecraft banner cappers which is totally bonkers (or make it so that it can only break piloted blocks or blocks with custom durability)

Yeah idk tnt cannons arent worth it anyway i dont see why its disabled

Wouldn't it be easier to make a regular cannon over a tnt cannon to take down a movecraft capper? also scorpius I believe it was disabled due to people placing it at like y 150.
