Add the "Air strike" that the crackshot plugin has to nations, give it a very absurd crafting recipe and consider it as a grenade. The airstrike is a throwable weapon that will call an airstrike and will fall multiple missiles from the sky (it does no block damage only player damage and fire) . It should be pretty fun to use
