A Third Side?

The rise of Phoenix Federation as a third big group on CCNet has added a new and interesting part to the usual fight between 'The Alliance' and 'The Coalition'. This alliance has the Cultist Empire, the Great Nasrid Emirate (GNE), and others like Varuna. With its strong navy, this new group not only challenges the navy power of the old groups but also brings a more complex and tricky fight for control over important naval regions and stuff. This tripartite conflict could reshape longstanding alliances and introduce a new era of sieges and naval regions, however it has not been clearly seen that how can a third side affect the present Alliances on the server.

This week, we look at fights around the world. Many groups had big changes in luck and strategies. Now, let's see what's been happening in different regions of battle.

Siege Wars

• Suppression of Kremlin 04/2024 : One of the most prominent sites was the attack on the Fort Kremlin by the Alliance forces on the Thracian Federation, which led to the victory for the coalition over the alliance. With this very decisive loss, the alliance suffers a significant loss of occupation economy and benefits in Eastern Europe.

• Dune Suppression of Envy 04/2024 :Another nail in the coffin occurred at the centrally situated Fort Envy in Kievan Rus where Rome and The Alliance was able to secure a victory. It was a loss for the coalition in this marked region, which enlarges this locus of tension.

• Revolt by Beograd 04/2024: The alliance maintained its winning streak as the Alchak Federation and Coalition lost at Beograd, further proving the alliance’s dominance in the Balkans.

• Dune Suppression at Fort Mirage 04/2024: The Siberium Federation fell at Fort Mirage with Alliance demonstrating its impregnability yet again.

• Conquest of Fort Raven Rock 04/2024: In a surprising turn of events, the Cultist Empire sieged and lost to the Eternal Mayan Empire at Fort Raven Rock. This victory, potentially a setback for the Cultist, illustrates the unpredictable nature of the average CCNet diplomacy.

Assault Regions (Week 02 of April 2024)

• Pacific Movecraft Assault: The Russian Empire defeated the Cultist Empire in the Pacific, showcasing the strength and preparedness of the coalition forces despite it being a rarely sieged region as compared to European Theaters.

• Sahara Movecraft Assault: The Thracian Federation beat the Cultist Empire, marking victory for them in their region.

• North Atlantic Movecraft Assault:  The Cultist Empire displayed naval and strategic might with a victory over the Thracian Federation.

• Indian Ocean Movecraft Assault: China's unexpected shift in alliances did not stop the Russian Empire from defending the Indian Ocean, a crucial region

• South Atlantic Movecraft Assault: The Cultist Empire secured a victory against the Russian Empire.

• American Assault: In the American Assault region, the Thracian Federation defeated Floritania and The Alliance, extending resource and currency influx.

Other Headlines (April 2024)

• Coalition Comeback?: The victory at the Kremlin could be the first step in a strategic comeback for the European Coalition after embarrassing losses before. If they can maintain the momentum, significant changes could be on the horizon!

• Diplomatic changes: In a shocking political move, China has left the Coalition to join the Phoenix Federation. This maneuver dissolved its previous alliances with the majority of Coalition nations.

• Conflict between ETM and CE: The Cultist Empire has levied serious accusations against the Eternal Mayan Empire, including breach of peace pacts and espionage. These claims remain unverified.
