The Texan Diaspora: A Population Shattered Across The Earth

Just a little over a month ago, the Lone Star Republic was founded, separating from Floritania. Over the course of June, the nation grew stronger in both population and resources, quickly becoming an influential player in the North American geopolitical environment. In an effort to grow stronger, LSR merged with their ally, Canadian Dominion, to ultimately become the North American Union. Originally, many members were optimistic about this new merge, but it became apparent after several congressional meetings that the merge was unstable and would not last. In addition, several other incidents were occurring that continued to frustrate the Texans. Eventually, these frustrations and tensions reached a point where they could no longer be dealt with, and the LSR's identity was dissolved. Many Texans, including those in prominent leadership positions such as Kydragon and Epiclyz, left their hometowns in America in search of better opportunities elsewhere, creating a brain-drain effect on what little remained of Texas. Now, the former Texas population resides across multiple different nations and towns, including the Oceanic Empire and nations in Africa.

So, so true. We joined the NAU in haste, and leaders left in even quicker haste. Personally, I can attest to the brain drain factor. It was a domino effect, especially after the loss of the movecraft base. Once Kydragon and Epiclyz left, Golden left, I then jumped ship, then GareBear, and such forth. What was even hastier then the collapse of the LSR was the creation of the CSA by FoxTheConqueror and GareBear. In conclusion, so true, so true.
