Past to Present Chapter 12: Frauditania

On the first weekend of February 2025, just a few weeks after the complete occupation of Cultist Empire and its release through what appears to be a series of diplomatic agreements (one of which was likely the reason, if not one of the reasons, behind the creation of yet another ‘third side’), Canada and the remaining nations within the Imperial Alliance plotted together to take down Floritania and their subsidiary nations, Macuxa and USA. Earlier that week, in a surprising turn of events, the nation called Quintessense Syndicate, which we had thought to also be one of those subsidiaries, turned on Macuxa and Floritania and decided to join us in destroying the “Florisphere”, as many within the Alliance call them.

In typical Vinovia fashion, they were responsible for taking down taking down the very young USA (aka the new Texan nation) at USA’s fort, Trinity, easily outmatching them on the battlefield. Joining the US Army were their vassal in Alaska (not to be confused with the Alaskan PvPer nation from many months ago) and the coalition, coming in an attempt to save the day. Despite calling on such a force for help, Vinovia maintained the lead with ease. On the last few hours of the battle, the US Army discovered how effective artillery could be against these skilled pvpiers so, Rome joined the battle to help secure the victory.

Macuxa’s fort, Kaima, was the next target of the Alliance. Not much is to say about this battle. Victory was inevitable far before the banner was even placed. Who knows what sort of internal politics led to their downfall...

The legendary battle at Brigantia… I will not be the one to count how many attempts it took but, after many chapters of Past to Present, telling of our efforts against these enemies, from Tertia to Canada- Coalition to Alliance, we finally won. Without proper instruction during the battle, Floritania and the Coalition were unable to properly defend the main Floritania fort, Brigantia, as they struggled to hold the lead for even just a tiny bit. I must say without bias, that is a true testament to Fake4’s leadership but, without him that fateful weekend, they were easily defeated… all three of them.

I cannot tell you how long I have been waiting to use “Frauditania” in my posts. Some might remember my use of the term during a political conference many months back but, this weekend was truly worthy of the title. Time can only tell what will occur when the Florisphere inevitably fights back.

Past to Present Part 3 - Chapter 11: Floritania

Many months have passed since the War of the North had begun. Countless sieges and battles within the wilderness caused some to flee the Americas to start again elsewhere or even create new nations within the Americas. All this proved to be futile on the weekend of January 10th, 2025. But before I speak on that historical weekend, let's recap some of the other major political shifts.

To begin, Tre_2020 finally hosted the Tertian Olympics in the month of December and continues to host events (mainly for Canada) to this day. Tre_2020, upon discovering that it was a bit difficult to recruit under his old name, decided to rebrand the town from 'Tertia Olympia' to 'Kingslanding', named after the Capital of Westeros in the popular series, 'Game of Thrones' and 'House of the Dragon'. Let the name of Tertia, formerly led by Tre_2020, be remembered through history as the nation that, despite its small size, was able to drastically shift North American politics.

Some weeks later, the Texans and several other towns across North America once again split from Floritania and created the United States of America with a vassal state up in Alaska. A few Cultist Empire (CE) towns also split to create a neutral nation upon recognizing the potential threat of Floritania and their allies. That being said, Cultist Empire returned to their original name after Deathmaker9000 assumed leadership (Supercell got banned and the leaders before him retired). Tensions between Cultist Empire and Floritania grew after the short Winter Truce ultimately leading to a devastating double-siege... The War of the North grows ever still.

On January 10th, 2025, the once-thought-invincible nation called Cultist Empire was sieged by Floritania, formerly referred to as 'that foreign nuisance' in previous chapters of Past to Present. This historical and bold move marks Floritania as one of the strongest nations in this era of CCNet. Through a series of unwise decisions made by CE leadership, they were fully occupied by the enemy. Could this be the fall of Cultist Empire, like all empires before it, or will they finally gather all their strength to destroy the Floritanian threat once and for all? Only time will tell how this war will end.

The Canadian Times: The Tertian Olympics

A global event called The Tertian Olympics was held on December 20th 1pm at Kingslanding and hosted by Tre_2020. Many came to participate and support their comrades from nations all over the world. Allies, enemies, and neutrals stood side-by-side in the hopes of winning the prestigious games and their prize.

The first game was a race from Kingslanding to Antarctica and back. A player named StoodSumo657621 managed to win on a technicality (“the first person I see wins this game”). Since his opponent took a turn too soon, Tre_2020, the host, saw Stood on his screen first. However, one must give credit to thedripkingg of Thracia for their swift pants+ender pearl strategy.

The second game was a horse race around the great city of Kingslanding. Due to technical difficulties (and Hurd killing a participant), the race was decided the moment the horses were picked.

That then brought us to the final game, the FFA PvP game! It was an intense game of shield+pots PvP. As the game raged on, it was unclear who was going to win… but then, armor pieces started to break! Piece by piece, until it was just the chestplate left, it became ever so clear who the victor would be.

I am Tre_2020 (discord is also tre_2020) and I am glad to announce that I will be hosting the first global event since Cultist’s event over a year ago! The Tertian Olympics will take place on December 20th at 1pm EST !

Friends, neutral individuals, and enemies are ALL invited to participate for a chance at winning thousands of in-game currency! When the time comes, please respect the sanctity of this event by not killing each other (yet). There will be an opportunity for violence during the games.
