With the addition of the guns, other old military "equipment" has become obsolete as it doesn't give any advantages that guns do. Such "equipment" are the armored vehicles, which realistically (some of them) should be a better counter against infantry.
1) IFVs are too immobile to avoid shots coming from stationary cannons or other armored vehicles and deal less damage than almost all of the guns.
2) Heavy tanks are not able to deal with infantry at all, which is understandable, but even when the normal tanks have their MGs, it still does significantly less dmg against infantry than it should compared to normal guns.
Buff the speed of the IFV and make its damage equal with the bolt action guns to some degree.
(Light) Tanks should also receive damage buff to the MG relative to the guns' and increase the damage that shells from tanks and heavy tanks do against players (except maybe for pilots).
Another option is instead of spiking up the damage, is to make shell shock inflict slowness as well. Its strange to believe that someone who was shot at directly with a projectile as big as his head (if not bigger) could just walk it off.
This in will give more defined purpose to armored vehicles other than fighting in the Sahara region and breaching forts, which in my opinion doesn't give any big benefit except for stopping cannons from shooting which are used now only as vehicle suppression, as they can't even use canisters anymore.
If the server uses guns tactics inspired by ww1/ww2, vehicles should have to do the job for which they were invented, which is dealing with infantry for the IFV and braking entrenched lines for the tanks. These buffs may make battles more dynamic than the currently adopted frustrating tactic of building a bootleg fortress in front of the sieged one.
