Now you may think; "why is that needed?"

Since silver is a component in some SF recipes it becomes a bottleneck in the production of such items.

Allowing people the ability to withdraw allows them to pay for the convenient access to a required resource

(assuming the underlying flaw that cause this functionality to be removed no longer remains)
