for example take any unpeaceful town, it gets sieged. it loses defensive, and it has like 15 days until someone can liberate him right. 15 days pass, they revolt/get liberated, lose it. their immunity will be more than 15 days lets say 20. and go on like this until it hits i guess 30? its a good suggestion since it gives attackers some time to take deep breath after siege, and it gives defenders more time to prepare until they get suppressed/ready to revolt. and they wont have to hurry up too. in fear of getting suppressed and plundered again
