Many times, I have gotten stranded in Africa and had to travel a lot by foot to get back to my place. There are straight one block paths over some parts of Africa and the Gobi Desert that are helpful but not convienient. I am asking for an international highway that should not be broken in the case of war. I will design and build it and maintain it and other players may help if they want. Before designing the path, the consent of all nations will be asked. If a nation wants privacy and doesn't want the highway connecting their nation, they may opt to do so. Priority will be given to wealthier and more important nations and then other nations will be added to the highway thereafter. The highway will contain 2 minecart tracks, one for going and one for coming. Every nation there will be a track onboarding people from the nation to the highway and a track doing the opposite. There will also be a chest full of minecarts every station for people to use (they must keep it back when they reach their station).

This is an request that would be, at a certain level, with players exclusive interaction without the need of staff intervention.
If you wish to build said highway, you would need to ask the nation's higher ranks for said consent and this website would not be the ideal place for such.
Besides, to be honest, I doubt all nation in the area that said request would take effect would consent without major intervention due to the ongoing brawl between them and the personality of certain players within every nation.

KingSasuke, the staff intervention part is making the highway a thing that players should not destroy in a war. (or for the lore it could be that players blockade the part going through their nation, disconnecting nations from supplies)

I know that it what you meant by staff intervention but I'm not sure if staff will allow an indestroyable railway as it can have ripple effects on the geopolitics as an "safe zone".

Staff won't make this, if you want something like this on the server it needs to be player built.
