During my experience with the CCNet Modpack, I always had the need to add more client-side mods to have needed features.
To be specific, I suggest adding:

-Architectury and LightOverlay;
-Xaero's World Map (it has no fair play version, because it adds on the functionality of Xaero's Minimap/Better PvP: if those mods are fair-play, so will be the world map);
-ChestTracker;
-FastChest https://github.com/FakeDomi/FastChest/releases

-MemoryLeakFix: fixes
[B#768] - Mod 'More Culling' (moreculling) 1.19.1-0.10.0 recommends any version of memoryleakfix, which is missing!
[B#768] - You should install any version of memoryleakfix for the optimal experience.

-MixinTrace or Crafty Crashes in place of Not Enoguh Crashes: fixes
"[Iris] Not Enoguh Crashes detected!

Not Enoguh Crashes can severely break the game while handling crashes, and does not provide accurate results.
Good alternatives are MixinTrace and Crafty Crashes, which can identify the cause of a crash more reliably and does not put the game in an invalid state."
