So, research has proved that the incendium leather leggings that you get from the nether is enchanted with prot 4 unbreaking 3, but being a custom item, it gives the same protection as regular diamond prot 4 leggings. And the disbalanced thing is that you can put Swift rune on these leggings.

So you practically put Swift on regular diamond leggings minus the durability.

And since there are limited of these in the nether and now after so much time since the nether reset, they are really rare to find, it should be nerfed to normal leather leggings.

isnt it bannable to use items from nether for PVP? I remember it being the case for swords, tridents and bows

Chests in the nether actually don't regen, that's incorrect.

might only be vanilla chest loot, though now that I think about it

although I swear I've definitely looted a 100% not new structures and they've been completely full before
