Bioweapons have been used in war for over a thousand years. Stuff liek anthrax has been used for very long. I think they should add 3 diseases and 2 special items. The special items would be an envelope which can contain a book and quill OR a bioweapon but that takes the disease that can be hard to get. that is instantly sent to the person by left clicking on it and opened by right clicking on it. And a vaccine which is made from a bioweapon 3 pieces of glass and a spider eye. The bioweapons would be Anthrax, Ebola, and Malaria. Anthrax can be obtained everywhere with a 0.0001% chance from breaking dirt and the spores have to be eaten or opened from an envelope to contract it. It would be the least dangerous one. It would cause blindness 7 minecraft days after infection. Then it would poison the person and they regain sight. at half a heart. The next most dangerous would be malaria. It can be found by breaking leaves in a jungle biome with a 0.001% chance it would cause nuasea poison and slowness and do damage over time and u die within 14 minecraft days. The most dangerous would be Ebola which is only available in africa and it is gained by a 0.01% from filling water bottle in a river. It is the most dangerous and kills the player within 2 days of exposure. These diseases would be tranmitted by standing within 100 blocks of an infected person for more than 10 minutes it would have a 30% chance of infection every 10 minutes.
