Fix auto Enchanters Back

idk if bugs or feature but, if u have for example efficiency 5 unbreaking 3 pickaxe and put that pickaxe and a book with silk touch and efficiency 3, the pickaxe will upgrade to efficiency 3 silk touch unbreaking 3, make it so in same situation u efficiency higher level stays and only silk touch gets added to it

the pick that had the eff 3 silk touch must keep the enchant and just place the book with the other enchant and it will work

Book binder can also overwrite enchantments too.
