Due to the way that holding down mouse1 in Minecraft works, guns can only shoot full auto when looking at a block within range to mine it, since that's when MC allows you to hold down m1 and have it keep going. I don't know HOW you should fix it, but it should be fixed, because I don't want a Browning SEMI Automatic Rifle.

Unfortunately, Minecraft is not an FPS game so just practice cps.
