Its craftable item like shulker but better you can carry it around everywhere and you cant put it in enderchest because it would just be too op. Only can carry like 5 per player and in total has 32 slots like in chests and enderchests. Crafting should be like that: chest in middle and cloth around, 1 cloth takes 5 wool and 4 leather to make

Could be a decent addition, though the crafting recipe is too easy for additional inventory space. I doubt this will ever be added to nations but a couple of revamps on your suggestion.
1) One backpack per player. A full inventory (consisting of the 9 hotbar slot, 27 inventory slot, 1 offhand slot) already gives you 37 spaces. This should be enough for most cases.
2) Adding on to the previous revamp, a backpack could at most have 5-9 additional slots.
3) The recipe should be made much more harder than what is currently suggested.

All in all, if storage slots are your problem, carry around an ender chest, giving you an additional 27 slots. Consequently, specific movecraft types offer a large amount of storage space.
