Did he say guns are easy to craft!? Yes, if you have the correct infrastructure. Guns were meant to be easily disposed of. Looking at the recipe, most of those do use brass and stipped logs, with the cost of some guns significantly higher than others. It is quite an easy craft, but it does use significant resources. If you're saying no one needs too many guns for oneself, most people do not have a mass gun stock aside from warring nations.

This dude is a masochist. Large nations need to craft many guns to supply a whole alliance during a siege. Some guns are very expensive resource wise, like machine guns which cost hella carbon (u can get from diamonds or charcoal->coal->carbon). Sure making guns doesnt feel too expensive cuz its not meant to be like that. Also like Ruleblocks said imagine new players, with no electric gold pans, no dust washer, but manual gold pan and a smeltery have to make guns. Its so cringe
