Right now you cannot bomb ruins, I ran into this problem while trying to bomb ships in a ruined town (they were unpiloted). This makes no sense as you can use tnt and pvp in ruins despite this.
Also is there perhaps a way to enable cannon firing in ruined towns aswell?
