I believe that items lost during combat due to having shite internet should be refunded, it is more than unfair when someone dies to something that is completely not their fault, like a crash or losing connection that they can get their items back, it's extremely biased and helpful to people who live in better areas and have better setups and not very accessible for everyone else, i have a problem with my internet which makes it intermittently cut out and it's caused me to die and lose 1.5k of stuff i don't think this is particularly fair as this was 100% NOT MY FAULT. I'm sure the same has happened to other people and i don't think it would be a big ask for staff to refund this, to anyone who downvotes: why? you want people to die and lose their stuff just based on uncontrollable variables?

Items are refunded if a problem occurred in the server, like crashing, but this is a you problem

I've just downvoted, wait are you asking why? Oh well... You should know that faking a crash is pretty easy, just unplug the router and you will have all your items back, is this fair to others that play normally? That's not.
Also, this suggestion is extremely biased since you are explaining that this is to get compensation for something that is not related to any of ccnet problems

ah great, i live in a bad area for internet therefore i lose my stuff to enemies, very fair towards me

There is a very nice word that starts with "c" and finishes with "ope" to deal with such a situation.

This is a nonproblem for the server, that's a problem only for you (I live in a bad wi-fi area too, which doesn't mean that I like this thing since is just stupid)

If you're in a pvp battle and you unplug your internet or something in a fight you're going to lose. this could be so easily exploited

Wabbit from an unbiased perspective this is a pretty bad idea, way too easy to exploit.
