Firstly:
- Regions would only be available for siege once a week... this encourages distant enemies to take them knowing they won't be instantly taken back within 3 or 4 days. This incentivises an active defense and going after more regions as you can hold them longer thereby giving us more crucial battles that are also more fun and less waiting for nothing.

Atlantic - Saturday: 19:00 UST (European Oriented)
Mid-Atlantic - Wednesday: 19:00 UST (European Oriented)
Med - Friday: 21: 00 UST (American Oriented)
Indian - Sunday: 14:00 UST (Asian-Oriented)
Pacific - Sunday: 17:00 UST (Asian-Oriented)

The Idea of condensing the regions is to give more preparation time and rest time to players so they may enjoy other aspects of the server. In addition, It is common knowledge that having early regions at 14:00 must be on a weekend so Europeans can show up.
