The idea is simple, link 2 movecraft regions together as a theatre of war.
These would be....

The West:
-Atlantic and Mid-Atlantic

Africa:
- Med and Sahara

The East:
- Indian and Pacific

Rewards for owning both:
- Speed Boost:
The idea being you would gain a speed boost, outside of Naval Siege times, by traveling through either region if you are in the nation that occupies the Theatre. This seed boost would increase ship travel by:
4ms for Crafts 5500+ blocks/3ms for Crafts under
The speed boost would last 10 minutes after exiting the region and would be lost on entering combat.

- Resources:
Resources such as Gunpowder, Clay, and Coal/Charcoal would help the navy, there are different ideas on how this could be implemented.

- Ship Building bonus:
To keep such a large navy to maintain a threat means building a large fleet, perhaps larger fleets could get discounted rates or even just faster printing times? (on the basis you own both regions,
