It's pretty apparent no matter what happens, CCNet wars will pretty much end up seeing Australians fighting in America or Yankees fighting in South Africa.
So with that in mind and with higher death rates due to more powerful guns or more banner focussed PVP that doesn't de-incentivise dying much, a Truck could be used similar to how Carriers were used but on basis, you need a certain amount of points to use it. Say everyone got 7 respawns per session but you could pay perhaps in money or kills for a respawn. This could only be used X amount space for a siege zone and require going to the siegezone first.
