Ok, so this is linked to the assault areas too. There's energy left in the zep at the end of the assault that we won't use in case we win or lose the region. I propose a type of "rechargable battery" that could be used to store energy and be moved. Won't be able to be used as capacitor, and can have different levels of storage like capacitors(?)
Maybe allow capacitors to store the energy when broken, but then this wouldn't work for assault regions
