Well so the idea is to somehow enable newcomers to possibly enter adventure mode and teleport around to any town's homeblock
possibly with something like /t home Coagula or any similar command. The reason behind this is, I think that one of the possible reasons why the playerbase is so "thinly spread" into 1 person towns is the lack of teleportation. I am aware that in normal "Factions" servers recruiting people is nowhere near as hard as on CCNet and I am starting to suspect that new players simply do not want to check out towns because they can not effortlessly teleport to them, so they might as well just go and make their own without even knowing there are other good options. Also if the idea of entering adventure mode and teleporting around is too complicated or bad for any reason, the core concept should be thought about. Because if we did establish that no teleportation plays a role in making the towns smaller on average then it is an issue that can be dealt with.
Also besides this, I once suggested making it a requirement to have 5 people to create a town, and if I recall correctly, Zaify simply said it was impossible and did not make it clear does he like the idea itself or not. But i think it is possible because it is possible to make towns start with a negative amount of available claims and make it so that a town only goes out of negative once it has 5 players. And for those who are worried about this meaning they lose available claims, It can also be tweaked a little so that each resident gives a little more available claims than before so after having around 10 residents it should be "break-even" and completely negate the loss of available claims caused by starting from negative.
