It would be cool to see setting plot types, having the option of how it acts right now, (1 chunk horizontally, every chunk vertically) and the option of being able to just 1 chunk horizontally and vertically.

Minecraft classifies a chunk as 16x16 cube with a buildable limit of 384 blocks.

A chunk doesn't have separate height divisions

Oh ok,
I assumed it had height divisions, since on the f3 menu there are 3 numbers, similar to block xyz

The y axis does exist, but chunks are not divided along that axis

What about setting quarter types like towny ones? Set a shop on the bottom floor, 1 normal plot on the first floor, another on the 2nd...
