Make Theatre Rewards Split If Allied Back

If all nations holding the theatre are allied with each other, I feel like the reward should split between them given that it has already been shown that nations will be more than willing to transfer regions to one another to alternate rewards

This, but instead of all allies, can we have commands to determine which allies the controller wants to share to? This way allies who didn't contribute don't get benefits. Alternatively, could we have the nations who fought in the siege region recieve rewards based on the ratio of points nation members contributed compared to other nations? Feels like it wouldbe a lot more fair. Great suggestion!
