currently snow and ice blocks movecraft (other than icebreakers) and it is really a pain for movecraft and other things in northen areas, so we should come up with some sort of thing to get rid of the snow at least temporarily, so this suggestion adds 1 new craft: the deicer and 1 new item: deicing spray and also gives crafts the ability to move through ice and snow (see below)

1. The deicer
The deicer is a craft with a minimum size of 50 blocks and. a maximum of 500, has speed of around 3-5blocks/s and. has the ability to remove all snow 5 blocks. around it, can move through snow itself, craft composistion should be simular to a cross between an icebreaker and a truck.

2. Deicing spray
A new slimefun item made from tin can, wool, slime and salt arranged in a slimefun crafting table in a tube shape. 1 spray effects 9 blocks in a square, once a block is sprayed snow cannot generate on it, lasts forever but loses ability if the block is broken, changes state or has a block or water on it. Has durability and lasts around 20~50 sprays.

3. The ability for crafts to move through ice and snow
Allow crafts to move through ice and snow but not collect them like a icebreaker and at a slower speed, also uses more fuel.

Please add this into nations, would really help people in the very northen areas.
