Since we don't have shulker boxes, it would be nice to have an alternative bit of inventory space such as backpacks, it could include up to 16 extra slots of inventory once being worn as a chestplate

Does that mean I can have a full inventory of backpacks I convinently took off after filling in with stuff

maybe these could function like retextured bundles with a max storage of 16 slots. also not able to be stored in chests or inventories. can only be picked up as an item if you have no armour in your chest slot (automatically uses the slot once picked up). unenchantable leather chestplate.
