Excelsior, even tho it is not supporter rank, it is free to play, should have some unique, or same abilities as the supporter rank.

Unique abilites could be added, so people would have another thing in mind (currently silkspawner, and cap eggs), when they set the goal to get Excelsior.

The ideas can be added to supporter ranks too.

My ideas:
- I would personally like the /relore and /rename commands. If not else, it can be charged, like 1-2K each use, since Excelsiors are usually rich, since they don't have to rank up anymore, but still expensive enough, to keep them from using it too much

- Queue priority order: Staff members → Supporters → Excelsiors

- /motto
Everytime an excelsior joins, their motto will be sent in global chat, highlighted

- /ec
Use enderchest anywhere

- /pickup
Pick up players onto your shoulders
Or /mount
Get onto a player's shoulder.
Only works in peaceful claims, with friends and allied players.
