When you go check the /map, you can left click in a town and a Information Box appears, with the mayors head, the town name and other useful informations.
I suggest that every nation's leader should open a ticket in discord, send the flag of his/her nation and the staff would put the nation's flag right next to the head of the mayor, when we click in the town on the /map.
It would make the map much easier to understand and surely would make new players less confused when reading and interpretating it. I've got the perfect idea however i can't annex any image in my suggestion, but it would be amazing.
