in january i made a suggestion on movecraft this will be an expansion on that
1. this is what i said in my previous suggestion allow movecraft to provide artillery bombardment from some sort of scope from long ranges and buff splash dmg so it can be used against players and not just other movecraft, also this would not create gun spam as it would make people deploy there ships more to take out there artillery therefore creating sea battles away from the siege
2. changes to movecraft firepower now i think the amount of firepower each craft can have is good but at the moment the only thing that makes you kill another craft if you have good aim is that if you have more gun, so you dont really see people with more than 1 aa cannon to combat this i twould be nice if the fire power arments you had could be reworked, no this wouldnt be to big of a change so it wont change the fundementals on movecraft but it will make it more unique with you being able to customize yourr crafts for different role these changes woul include the following
-for cruisers and dreadnought allow them to carry 4 inch guns a secondary arment if they dont have any firepower left for larger guns
-add different ammo types for naval cannons eg: ap for ship vs ship combat and he for anti personel combat
-add a few new types of naval cannons so you can specialise your ships more (these will still fit the ww2 theme)
-50 cal mg's these will be only aloud on corvettes to give them more of an anti personel role and will be limited to 3
at max size and take up 5 firepower
-40mm auto cannon this will be able to be used on destroyers cruisers and dreadnoughts this would be an anti personel weaponary for larger ships at close range or an anti air weapon it should have a medium fire rate and it will take up 10 fire power and on destroyers: capped at 2 Cruisers: capped at 2 and dreadnoughts: capped at 3
