Simply just whenever someone messages a muted player the person that messaged should receive a server message saying something like "this player is muted and cannot respond" because when I was muted there was plenty of people trying to message me unaware that I was muted so they might've thought I was ignoring them

Also Staff, be aware! Muted people can still talk in [/dip] and [/n say]
