Or tanking the horse economy. This makes it way too easy for people to shear other people's horses or just accidentally kill the horse trading business. Getting around the world in CCNet is already slow enough in my opinion, and nerfing the horse economy like this just doesn't sound like the best solution because right now, the only people I see with fast horses are supporters or higher ranking people in powerful nations. Doing this would just... make it easier for those elite few to have access to horses while making it near impossible for others to have good transportation. It'd just create a monopoly where horses (that may not even be maxxed out) would be sold for ridiculous prices from very few people.

Shearing or castrating horses would hold similar rules to killing horses in claims, You shouldnt be able to. Obviously if this was introduced rules would also be introduced to combat people going into towns and castrating all the horses. This isn't nerfing the economy, max stat horses would be sold for far cheaper than months ago because we don't have to worry about our hours of working to breed a max stat horse going to nothing when the buyer just breeds their own off our horse. As far as "elite few" I sold my max stats horses to everyone that had the money to pay, not to mention anyone can start their own line of breeding from nothing to max like I did.

this suggestion is clearly made to gate keep having a good horse, i should make a suggestion to make buying slimefun machines illegal so everyone has to make their own slimefun just because i did.

First of all your example blows, Slimefun machines and horses are on two different levels of usefulness on the server with go figure Slimefun playing a much more important role in almost every sense? I could just actually gate keep instead and not sell or give out max stat horses to anyone seems more of a proper example than the one you provided. Sounds like a skill issue to me.

I'm not worried about people having their horses castrated in claims, but it's too easy for people to steal them, take them out of claims and do it, despite it being illegal, and it being way too long before the owner notices for staff to do anything about it. Plus, Ham, we know that you set reasonable prices. Other people? Not so much. Horses WILL become crazy expensive from most people and also a lot of people don't have the time or resources to start breeding horses like you do.
