I know this has been talked about a lot, but it doesn't seem like it's been brought up in the last 5 months or so.

I realize in its vanilla slimefun form, nuclear power is extremely overpowered and creates a lack of necessity of other fuel sources. With the first plant opening in the US in 1951, it fits the timetable of what I believe CCNET is shooting for as far as historical accuracy. I did some math and have potentially come up with a balanced solution so we can bring back the best form of power, nuclear.

My balance proposal is that we lower Reactor output to 120 J/s with it ONLY running on Uranium. There are no recycling fuel cells in the real world (in the US at least), especially not in the mid/late 1900s. I also would like to suggest that we lower the lifetime of 1x Uranium to just 3 minutes. This only allows the 1 Uranium to generate 21,600 J of electricity.

I believe this would heavily balance the use of nuclear power and make it so that the system is not overused or overpowered in any way.
