It doesn't increase your healing so all it does is require you to do 2 extra hearts of damage. Given that each pot gives 4 hearts back its not that big a difference. The regen is far more powerful.

That's not the point, the point is that it takes too long to kill people who have curry and now imagine a whole battle session with them. Loka has 33% more damage to actually keep the pace of the game quick but with curry it makes battle sessions sluggish and it's nearly impossible to kill anybody who can pot and has curry constantly

Health boost is just a buffer. It increases the max health you can hold meaning you only benefit from it once when you enter a fight and you need to leave a fight to fully heal from food (or not take damage for a while) to benefit from it again

So we can say that with about 20 healing potions you get about 70 hearts including your starting amount. On top of that I will add another ~50ish hearts healed from saturation and regeneration 1 effect. So out of all that healing are you aware of how much a buffer makes an impact? How much damage is mitigated due to that extra buffer?

You can regen more, you can have faster times to react, and with regen pots, high saturation food, and the effectively infinite health boost you can get from the curry or whatever the food was, it is simply ridiculous and makes you unable to die unless you are a robot from Star Trek or something.

However overall you can only hit more on your first hotbar aka when you just enter combat more because its a *BUFFER* but after that your repot times are only affected by healing aka instant health and regen

The only way you can "abuse it" or rather use it to the full potential is if you stay behind to use food or regen to fill in those extra hearts, meaning it is not strong at all when you are dealing damage to them constantly

What you brought here is just how you think it works rather than how it actually is. I would be more than happy to agree with removing it if there is actual data behind how much damage is actually mitigated by it and it is proven to be too much. Other than that I do not see why we should not have an extra buff in the combat when everyone is complaining how guns do too much damage? And how is reinforced boots having 20% damage reduction boots the same as 20% health buffer, would love to hear that.

You are more than welcome to come back to this suggestion with a video of a full fight from the pov of someone having health boost so we can take that recording and split it up for info on how much less damage that person took by having 2 extra hearts
