allow boats to be drivable on land, bc currently we cannot drive boats on like ice, i had an idea to start a boat racing championship in this server were u can earn rewards but with not being able to drive boats on land i cant do that.

Boat on land/ice = faster travel than any movecraft → no more movecraft usage
