Ok, so I have seen the hopper suggestion and I thought about different ways to make it more "slimefun" (My fav is the n2 obviously pls do that one, but placing the n1 in case n2 can't be done?)
1) SF LOGISTICS ANDROID:
- Allows you to program the input and the output.
(Could be interfaces like fuel and item, or directly uses chests so we don't have to use vanilla hoppers which is the idea)
Now from that:
1) Android can move up, down and both sides like some do at the moment to store or pick from other chests.
// Positives:
Keeps everything "slimefuney"
// Negatives:
- This would be very limiting to set since the quantity of scripts allowed in the android.
- I don't know if the android "observes" if the output is full or the input empty.
- More difficult to mantain the energy unless you set up a fuel interface with vanilla hoppers, which kills the idea?
OR
2) AUTOCRAFTER STYLE LOGISTICS:
// Positives:
- Allows you to stack different chests as input/output, configure where they are located (sides, up or down) which makes us to use hoppers horizontally too!
- The machine will push items between chests to the last one, until its full or there's no more chests to fill. This looks more like what we do at the moment to store stuff.
- No need to store fuel using vanilla hoppers, machine won't move and will stay connected to the energy.
- Example: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/987044184173195275/1233470273945075722/image.png?ex=662d3636&is=662be4b6&hm=42cfc6812fce945109b2b522d0ce1faaf10726f97947011f7a933e81e9a745ee&
// Negatives:
- I'm not sure about if it has the same impact on lag as normal hoppers?
- Maybe add a max amount of chests allowed as input/output ?

3) EXTRA:
Make item frames or something similar that we can place place to show the level of how filled the tower chest is by placing on the last chest.
