There is the feature of regional plant growth where only some plants can be grown in the particular biome. So the grass drops from that biome should also be the plant seeds which can grow in that biome. Like i live in a particular biome and i get useless seeds for my biome whts the point in that, i cant even grow them, so i suggest that we should have only seed drops from the biome which the plant can grow in that biome.

Basically Make Seed drops regional seed drop.

And there are certain plants which have 50% plant growth and certain plants have 100% plant growth, make so that the 100% plant growth seed drop is more preferable then the 50% plant growth one. That means the seed plant which has 100% plant growth has more chance of dropping then the 50% one.
