At the moment there is alot of player groups who formed companies, most have players from different towns and some have players from different nations.
The way most companies are coordinate is using discord servers while there is no actual link between them, the new shop system with the ability to split earnings alone this proposition is an attempt to solve this problem:
1. Implemented a new system mirroring in functionality to the /n create system. Uses are for example "/c creat [company name]" "/c invite [playername]"
2. Add new type of plot called company shop, companies are limited to the amount of chunks and the number of towns that a company shop can be made in, the limit scales with member numbers. Company shops are the only plots that can support company chest shops
3. Company Chest shops. Using the new method of profit division we can pre set the company profit shares to whatever the company likes:players,towns,nations and the company itself, even as a distant idea is to other companies too.
This is done automatically for every item sold in a company chest shop(could be done on the end of a towny day to make it easier on the server performance wise)
4. Company payroll. Ability for the company to pay wages directly from the company bank to none profit share workers and members on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
5. The balancer (as to not be too good of a system making everything else obsolete): nations can decide if their members can join a company, they can also workforce embargo other nations making any company shop in an embargoed town unusable, and the tax on company shops is increased by 50% instead of (%5 if I'm not mistaken).
I have finer details to add and Polish this proposition but we shall wait and see what the masses think first
