Sometimes choosing a hdb to buy is difficult and mostly because it looks very small in the hdb shop (and I need glasses)

Would be cool to add a command to sell those hdb that don't work for us or no longer need for cheaper, like 9$, which would be the same rate as withdrawing gold from /bank to make an example.

Other option is to make them cheaper, it just breaks my heart to pay 12$ per head and needing >100 for lamps for a building.

$12 is a pretty low amount of money, you can easily raise a few thousand dollars by voting. I've done it myself to get a better feel for the economy - even raising $10,000 is a pretty reasonably low amount of money for a consistent player who engages actively with the economy. I don't believe that $12 or even $1200 for 100 heads is breaking any banks.

This is a completely cosmetic mechanic and it works as a great money sink out of the economy. If you want to sell purchased heads, you'll need to sell them to other players on the open market. We won't be allowing them to be resold to the server.
