Alright so. Incendiary does 9.5 hearts to a body shot making it with the right banner placement capping becomes useless. If a fortress has enough cannons for this to be an issue, just use your own heavy tanks or artillery to take them out.

I agree in the nerfing of cannons in defencive forts but this is always complained if its a good thing or a bad thing. the attackers will always make suggestions like these and when the attackers are defending they will always defend why they shouldnt be nerfed.
