It is really not? It could be kind of useful in like pillboxes or turreting on forts. Ofc the drawback is that turret give off points but in periscope u are invincible. Tbh im not sure what qwerty wants to use this for but you can put periscopes in tanks, trucks e.c even if you put it in the turret spot.
