Portable Design Printing Block/Item Back

Basically, a block or item that you can place down, and instantly begin printing a design, as if the block was a Repair Sign.
-The money cost is instantly taken out of your balance. It also costs 4x as much.
-The blocks themselves are taken out of your inventory. It also builds twice as fast.
-The design must not be larger than 16 x 16 x 16.
-If it's attacked mid-build, it's cancelled w/o refund

The idea is that it becomes useful in Sieges, where rapidly building structures at a money cost allows resourceful teams to better control the siege zone.
