1) Remote Periscopes for larger ships: Self-explanatory, all ships are required to have one that must be of a minimum height decided by staff to ensure bridges don't disappear.
OR
1) Unkillable pilots: Pilots that have piloted a ship for over 5 minutes of the size of a destroyer and above (excluding zeppelins) will be immune to any form of damage until their ship sinks.
Reasoning: Combat being cut short by random pvpers or raiders is not fun, while it no longer occurs, it is a good period to add before they rear their ugly heads again.

2) Enemy pilots that board an enemy ship get debuffs including blindness and slowness.
