Those occupied trying to evade taxes can find a diffrent way here other than dumping their money into their towns because I honestly don't care but whats frustrating is when absolute randoms put money in their town, have no nation but have like 8k in their town bank for an upkeep of 20 and then quit the server or wont be logging on at all leaving negotiation left dry and a town just sitting their for months, maybe years.

Instead; There should be a max cap of the amount of money you can put in a town bank and it should depend on the claims you have enough for 2-3 months. For example, a town with an upkeep of 30 can be allowed to place 1800$ in their town bank (enough for 2 months), a town with an upkeep of 500 can put 30k in their town (enough for 2 months).

Not only does this solve those very cases where randoms just put a bunch of money and quit or log once every 4 months or something but it also helps tackle the tax evading that goes on when people are occupied.
