Show ban duration on /player Back

It is sometimes confusing why a resident is not online for a long time, especially with residents without discord. Showing if the player is banned or not and showing the ban duration on /player or /res would be helpful.

To be blunt, it's none of your business if someone is banned. If they want to tell you, they can - but we will not be sharing that information with players.
