As far as I know , protection cap on nations is 16 total , gilded iron armor has way more than that which basically makes it useless, it was intended by plug-in creators to be more powerful than it is currently on CCNet and its production price can justify it.

there is also a spot for lower grade armor in the meta that is not filled.

Basically the gilded iron armor is reasonable and well designed feature that simply doesn't work on ccnet because plug-ins aren't compatible and base item for the armor was by chance chosen to be golden set.

My suggestion is to change it's base item into iron or find another way to make it relevant.

tbh gilded armour is way too cheap to get buffed
i could make 100+ sets of it with all the useless gold dust i have but there is no point because its weaker than a god set
its meant to be like a cheap low grade armour and unless its recipe is changed it doesn't deserve a buff

It just looks like it is cheap because gold dust has very few uses so it just stacks up but considering you need 288 gold dust and 24 iron dust, it is not cheap at all, if you are actively grinding for it , uts actually harder to make than p4 u3 armor, only the fact that it is a byproduct makes it somewhat cheaper.

Wtf are you talking about 288 gold dust and 28 iron dust is cheap af

I have 5 dubs of gold dust and I bet real so grinders like rice have 20+ dubs of gold dust

For such an easy thing to get there's no need to buff it, it's pretty strong as is.
