I think there should be a special slimefun machine to unadd custom enchants like beheading, swift, glowing and more. It would be a good feature for people accidentally putting the maximum amounts of custom enchants on their sword or item that they have spent alot of money on or dont want to lose. For example not be able to put binding on it again, making them not want to use it cause of the fact that it would drop and youd lose it. I think you should be able to remove them, not get the enchants back that you have removed but just be able somehow to remove them to restore old items that cant be used anymore solely to the fact that you cant put binding on it or whatever else enchant if u messed up something.
