The ability to set a wealth tax once a resident has crossed a specific threshold of wealth would be nice instead of a flat wealth tax. For example, someone with $500 may have a 2% wealth tax, but someone with $50,000 may have a 10% wealth tax, etc. It would give more control to nations and their ability to tax as they see fit. It also means that a nation can more easily create fair taxation.
