Since merging is a thing, why not make a option to split a existing town to 2 towns?

How would it work: /t splittown (coordinates of position 1 at the part you'll split) (coordinates of position 2 at the part you'll split) set mayor (any comayor in your town you'll like to assign as mayor

Only mayors will be able to do this command.
Splitting would cost 7$ per split town chunk.
